CALIFORNIA WINES
CHARDONNAY
Pale gold in color with a California glow, this Chardonnay expresses savory butterscotch and Gala apple aromas. Pleasant and creamy on the palate, toasted oak is draped with a warm blanket of vanilla and passion fruit notes. A delicate mineral finish with lingering apricot makes this wine a lovely couple to fruit salads, soft cheeses, and grilled chicken skewers.
PINOT NOIR
We raise to you a glass of this dazzling ruby red Pinot Noir and salute its fragrant bouquet of pomegranate, maraschino cherry, and red plum. Spicy oak notes are embraced by comforting flavors of mocha and hazelnut while hints of boysenberry and honeycomb leave you with a round, satisfying finish. Perfect for casual fare, try it with everyday grilled meats and mashed potatoes.
RED WINE
Cheers to the RED, white, and blue! This Red Wine blend unites notes of candied plum and Bing cherry with slight undertones of cigar box and sweet oak. Praises of black currant, lavender, and dry raspberry are well-rounded on the font-palate with ripe tannins and smoked nutmeg leading way to a lasting blueberry finish. Perfect with red sauce pastas, white butter-herbed fish, and blue cheeses.
NAPA VALLEY WINES
CHARDONNAY
This spirited Chardonnay leads you on your pursuit of happiness with waves of banana and key lime pie on the nose. Lime notes continue to wonder on the palate as they are accompanied by soft peach and refreshing citrus flavors that make for a rounded, balanced mouthfeel with a creamy caramel finish. We recommend pairing this golden wine with grilled seafood, pasta salads, and four-cheese pizza.
PINOT NOIR
Our Napa Valley Pinot truly aims for the stars with brilliant notes of cranberry, red licorice, and cherry cola. Brimming with a melody of wild blueberry, raspberry preserve and chocolate hazelnut, gentle tannins balance the mouthfeel with nuances of toasted oak, vanilla and thyme. We suggest this wine as an accompaniment to sausage tortellini, slow braised lamb, and wild rice.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon, honorable of the American Dream. Time-respected aromas of dark plum, cassis, and jasmine immerse the senses and give way to smooth flavors of black currant and warm oak. Well-integrated tannins open on the mid-palate preceding notes of vanilla crème and American sponge cake with a lengthy, velvety finish of dry dark fruit. This wine is an impressive pairing to beef tenderloin, baked rigatoni, and hearty vegetable stews.
